IKEA is unable to replace the card if lost or stolen. IKEA Gift cards are valid for 3 years from initial date of issue. Cards may take up to 36 hours to activate. INSTORE INSTRUCTIONS

Physical and digital cards can be used in any IKEA store. Simply present the card or email to be swiped or scanned and enter the PIN when prompted.

ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS

You can use this card on IKEA.com.au. At payment online, simply select ‘Redeem a giftcard’ and enter the 19-digit card number and PIN.
